Just call one of the numbers another reader listed above, and you should be able to get help somehow.

Nothing wrong with reaching out. Other posters left some good numbers. Use them. They will offer you a referral to someone in your area that can help you. It can be anonymous if you just want to talk and release some of your feelings. We all need to, that's why those people are there.
Most large cities have a number you can call for mental health questions. It is usually found in the front of your telephone book. If there is not one listed, you can try a community information and referral number that should have some place for you to call or you can call the nearest hospital and ask if they have someone who can talk with you.
