Fred, the best piece of advice is to go to your Doctor for a professional diagnosis. You are overwhelmed right now, and stress can take it's toll on you. Even If you are opposed to taking medication(if needed), there is nothing wrong with it to help you get through this difficult time. No one should have to suffer, especially when there are wonderful , safe medications on the market. Also, you will be able to get proper rest, which is detrimental for high stress situations. We all know what awful side affects sleep deprivation can cause. You need to have a physical to see if you are developing an ulcer. Your Dr. can help you with all of these issues. The money you invest in a Dr. visit will be minimal in the long run. Your physical and mental well being is imperative. So, make an appointment, you will feel a thousand times better. Peace of mind is priceless. Good luck, and try to stay calm.
you may need to make an appointment with a dr. and let them know whats going on. They will probably give you meds because it seems like youve had this problem for awhile. I was the same way and i worry so much! came to find out i had anxiety and ulcers from worrying and being stressed. i think heartburn is asymptom of an ulcer if you have one. Good luck to you and i hope everything works out!
See anxiety treatments, at http://www.ezy-build.net. (.net.nz/~shaneris) on page 6, and practise daily, and when needed, one of the relaxation techniques on page 2, and try the EFT, and also the guided meditations, on page 3.
You never "Need" medication. You are bigger than your brain. You just have to realize that. I would look into breathing therapies for when you can't releive the anxiety. Also, more excercise, less television, more sleep, less staring at computer screens. Those things are all linked directly to chronic anxiety disorders.
You need to see your doctor. You could be suffering from a number of things. It's too difficult to identify. Check out the anxiety resource below and see if it matches your symptoms. Good luck, I know it isn't fun
Its defently anxiety. I know how it is...you cant sleep at night because you keep thinking about what you could have done or what to do next or whatever. Those thoughts keep running through your head and you have trouble sleeping. Try taking a sleep aid if you cant get a hold of xanax from your doctor. Also, try writing down your feelings and your thoughts to get them out of your head and onto a piece of paper. It keeps your thoughts clearer. You'll feel much better.
YOUR JUST WORRIED. ITS NORMAL. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS. NO ONE GOVERNMENT ENTITY CAN SHUT A BUSINESS DOWN WITH OUT A TRIAL OR A HEARING FIRST. UNLESS THEY CAN PROVE THERE AN IMMEDIATE DANGER TO THE PUBLIC.ITS THE LAW. STATE YOUR GRIEVANCES TO THE HEARING OFFICER. BELIEVE IN YOUR GOVERNMENT THEN DO WHAT HE SAYS OR RELOCATE WERE A GOVERNMENT USES MORE DESECRATION. THAT YOUR ONLY DECISION BUT IT WILL ALWAYS BE PART OF A PERMANENT RECORD. AND IF THEY DISCRIMINATE THEY CAN BE SUED FOR DISCRIMINATION. IF YOU NEED A COUNSELOR CONTACT ME. YOU DO THE FOOT WORK ILL DO THE REST IT WONT BE TO EXPENSIVE.
The best way to find out is to go to your doctor, who will assess you and determine what it is, based on your history and feelings. However, based on what you told me, and also, on my own anxiety disorder, it sounds like you have anxiety, since you feel this way even when the issue "isn't as important."
