Answers: yes, every body has anomalous behavior of different type. Abnormality is only qualitative & quantitative difference of middle-of-the-road behavior. DSM or ICD more or less give the same definition. There are lots mental disorders that can not be observed or known save disclosed by the affected personality. Even some most dreadful, dangerous disorders are contained by the society who behave and look abnormal or angelic person but difficult to believe their insanity when disclosed or after they are caught or arrested by the society. So its nutty, mad and silly world.
