Stress/Anxiety Drivers?

Question:
So I had a physical yesterday and my doctor says I seem to be in generally good health. I went over all my symptoms of the last 2 weeks and having not been feeling "myself" (losing sleep, appetite on occasion). However, I am not vomiting, and not having issues w/ going to the bathroom. I feel dizzy, tired, and basically any symptom seeming to deal with anxiety or stress. He said for me to come back in 3 months, but I'm not sure I want to wait that long should these symptoms persist.

I'm driving my wife crazy with my up and down emotional & physical state, and I feel bad about it. Anyone have suggestions on how I can help improve my condition if my doctor says I'm ok physically & my lab results indicate the same?

Answers:
You can be in good health and still be experiencing anxiety. Your doctor should not be dismissing this. Go back to the doctor, if he/she still does not take this seriously see someone else. There are many medication available for anxiety. Also, seeing a therapist is something to consider.
