Am I crazy? Depressed?
Question:

It's pretty common (with any mood disorder - whether it's depression or bipolar or whatever) to feel like you're going crazy. Not only is your normal functioning disrupted, but anxiety usually becomes a bigger issue. And it's REALLY easy to get anxious over going crazy (when you're not!!).
Depression and all those aren't "just in your head", btw - well, I mean, it probably is in your brain, but it's something serious and physical, and drugs can really help! I'm glad you're going to the doctor - not sure what s/he'll start you on, but a lot of SSRIs hardly have side effects at all :) And they really work! Downside is, they take quite a bit of time to kick in - weeks. They work much quicker for anxiety (for OCD anyway - that's what I have).
I'm sorry you're going through this - I hope, whatever it is, they figure it out and can make you better! Best -
It's NOT Bipolar.
Most likely hormones, but could also be lack of iron.
Perhaps on the mental health side, some depression.
That sounds hormonal to me. If you weren't breaking out then that sounds like a bipolar disorder. Go to the doctors and he/she will be able to help you.
Sounds to me like you might be pregnant?! I'm not a doctor though, but those are classic symptoms. I would definitely make an appointment with a doctor. Good luck!!
have your thyroid checked,ie,blood tests..may be problem...
I suggest you first check in with your primary care physician to see if there is any phyiscal reason for your mood swings. Your doctor may need to do some tests to see what is going on. If he can rule out anything physical then a therapist can be helpful to discover if there is some psychologial issue involved.
you are crazy
I seen someone say it's not bipolar. YES! it is! I have it and if you don't learn how to control IT it will control YOU!! 75% of us have bipolar and 30% of that 75% are afraid to admit they have it and/or do not understand what it is. I have not only seen a psychiatrist for 7 years because of it, I have also done so much research on it that Psychiatrist tell me that I should be one of them. I no longer see psychiatrists because I have learned how to control not just my bipolar, but everything around me that has caused depression in my life. You will never get rid of bipolar, but you can control it!!
OH Yeah! As for being crazy honey everyone is crazy. Those who deny it are crazier than those who admit it!!!!
I'll say crazy..
