When i go to bed i have preoccupation with insomnia i have no deep sleeping what should i do?

The best natural remedy for sleep is getting enough excersise. Especially if the main trigger is preoccupation. Excersise exhaust the mind and body witch will allow you a deep sleep.

I have found that yoga does wonders for insomnia as well.

I've had insomnia for years, and unfortunately the only thing that helps me is prescription medicine. I currently take Ambien CR and it works really well. I tried all the natural remedies and none worked for me.
