Desperate plea for advice; losing my will to live anymore?

Question:
Im at the end of my rope. I just cant seem to win. I have given life my 'all', put 100 percent of my best effort into almost all my daily tasks, but to no avail. I have a dental hygiene degree with credentials, a great personality, and I truly love to work and take pride in my accomplishments. I also have a 3 year old daughter, no job, no money, and now, after 2 years of unemployment, severe depression(untreated due to no $), and one poor outlook on life. I find myself now contemplating giving her to family members and putting an end to my life. I do not need to hear(agian and again) that I need to seek counseling; I have exhausted this state of its useless help agencies, as well as job training and welfare. I apparently cannot find unemployment as a hygienist inthe state of Utah where I live; I have applied for EVERY other kind of job and am told I am too overqualified. I have no money, no car, and am facing possible eviction. I sit here lost, with no clue what to do but ask 4 ideas.

Answers:
have you tried monster.com or other online agency's to find a job? have you considered moving to another state to get a job if necessary (after finding one first of course). have you tried Lds employment services they help anyone. Ive felt like it was the end but it was really just the beginning it may take time but its always worth it to stick around even IF things don't get better which in you case you have education so if you were willing to move I'm sure you can find a job somewhere. By the way my dad had to move us to find a job out of town so I know what its like.
I have two boys and once when myself and my husband were both unemployed, we used our children as our motivation. As parents we are there for them and to do the best we can. We asked our families for help and a local church gave us a donation of groceries. This lasted for three months but we just get on applying and applying. I even took those temp jobs so I could bring something in. If people think your over qualified then maybe take your education off your resume. My husband had the same problem for a while so he adjusted his resume.
u can get fee meds at the hospital they will help u or your local mental health its all free go for the help its depression been there it gets better.
