Will I get to sleep?

its 2.30 am and I am still awake, what time will I get tosleep?

This is a silly question .Try night time herbal tea knocks me out eventually
have a bath with lavender oils before bedtime and you will snooze off or put some in a bowl of hot water next to your bed..it works wonders for me
i know i dont so you have to for all us that cant
tea, bath, shower, stretching. turn off the computer
Try a sleep aid anything PM, try a warm bath, some warm milk, putting on a boring channel on your tv, some relaxing music.

getting off the cumputer is a good start.

First be VERY wary of ANY sleeping pill. They are so addictive that if they are taken 3, yes THREE, nights in a row, that withdrawal and ADDITIONAL sleep difficulty can be demonstrated on the forth night if they are then not taken. Almost no GPs seem to be aware of the available evidence demonstrating this!

Do not read, exercise or watch TV for at least 30 minutes before retiring as these are all brain stimulants. Take a warm, caffeine free drink. Also try aromatherapy quality lavender oil either on the pillow, or in a warm bath before retiring.
