I want to communicate to my mom who have passed on?

I I just call for to know. Is there anyone out in attendance that has any suggestions on how to communicate near family member that have passed on. Or if here is a web site that can guide me.
I own tried in the recent past through dreams and meditation. But nothing. Do they hold the power to say no to us ? Mabey she freshly knows its better not too. But logically I miss her and need her at this time within my life. It would be nice to know if I could lately get her a message. Any suggestions ?
