I am 30 and I'm very stressed out. Health issues. Parents health issues, etc.
Try sitting down ALONE in a quiet place, your room. Put on some calming music and just breathe deeply in & out. Or even nap in your room.
Getting a massage helps a lot!!! Work on a favorite hobby or craft of yours.
