I just wanted to add that I'm so sorry you've been through all of this. I went through trauma such as yours and I know the sadness and fear that can sometimes be crippling. Very often a person who has been through such trauma needs more than medication and some general counseling. I guess what I'm saying is that even though online support can be very good, it's also important to have some "real time" therapy. The thing is that you may not have found the right therapist yet because it took me a long time to find one that was good for me. It's vital to see one who has experience in working with people who've gone through severe trauma and who has the compassion and skills to help you learn better coping skills for yourself. Sometimes therapists who help with abuse survivors will use such techniques as EMDR, cognitive therapy, relaxation techniques and working on ways to build better self-esteem. I don't know if you've been to a therapist yet with this type of experience but if not I really suggest that you try to find one.
I wish you all the best in your recovery. I know it can be a tough road, but things can get better. You are not alone and I care. :)
