PTSD is scarey stuff...it means something cared you so bad that it keeps rehearsing itself in your mind and it wont leave you alone..One question..will you be in the same school as your best friend?? Do you still hang out with this best friend?Side note..Go back to your parents or the parent you are safest with and let them know you still have repeat awake dreams of this person...Ask them if a trip to a counselor or your preacher to discuss this matter would help you...Good Luck
My best advice for you is to go see your school counselor.
Didn't you already post this?
Why don t you try talking to her?
Why don t you try understanding why she is so mad? Mad at you or mad at herself.. explain to her that you forgave her and don't be afraid.. she can't do anything to you... if you keep getting afraid she will feel it and use it against you! But seriously try having a serious conversation with her and try to understand her point of view then explain to her yours!
best of luck!
Is she dead or not? if so u should pick up an bible and read a scripture everytime u think of her, or listen to a nice song.

other half of me says: close your eyes and meditate
you really need to talk to someone who will listen to you.You also need to stress to your parents about how you feel..good luck..x

you say she TRIED! so she didn't kill herself. well, you should go to a psychiatrist. talking can help get things off of your mind. also, you could TRY and confront her and just talk. don't fight, just talk.
Hi. Okay, well this is scary. But since it was two years ago im sure she has forgotten about it. You are prob like me and think over everything that could go wrong in a situation and worry too much lol. I think u should waint until school starts up again, and see what happens. Do you go to a big or small school? If its a big school u have nothing to worry about!
Now if for some reason she is a prob or threat to u, talk to a school councler. Or the first day of school talk to them and tell them the story of what happened just so they no.
Just try not to worry ur self! Things will work out! Good luck, and I wish the best for u!! <3
You may have PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Closing your eyes and seeing her commit suicide is sort of like a flashback. You do have fear and you are probably anxious.

You should definitely tell your school counselor about your fears and the note that your other friend received. Because this former friend said this two years ago, the likelihood that she would wait two years to act on her threat is probably minimal. However, it doesn't hurt to be careful.

You may need treatment for your fears. A therapist can diagnose any illness.

Check out the PTSD websites and see if you think you may have this.
