I feel like my brain is MY worst enemy. I have fibromyalgia and so many dr. say it is in your brain. If I could stop the pain, I would... Anyway, I do forget things and sometimes I feel like I'm going crazy. I'm on effexor xr and it seems to help a little. I just explain to people that I have a bad memory and that I can't help it. Oh well...
yes.
LOL, every person goes through this. You just have to take a deep breath and relax. Go to a park or someplace that you like to be alone, bring your favorite music or something to do, maybe a sketchpad or a book, and force yourself to relax! Turn off your cellphone so no one can bother you!
We get so caught up in life, we get caught up in not only everyone around us but our own minds can aggravate us at times.you just need to force yourself to relax, everything is going to be ok
Sometimes your mind does plays tricks on you sometimes, especially if something or someone make you so angry for any reason, concentrate on what has to be done or write it down while you can so you won't forget.
if i ever screw-up it's because I'm in too much of a hurry . and i might point-out your question is well formatted and decisive , therefor i conclude your brain is working better than most ! ever notice relaxed people seem to always have there composer as well as there keys ?
A lot of our memory loss these days is due to consumption of Nutra Sweet or Aspartame. If you drink diet sodas or eat foods with Nutra Sweet might want to look up the dangers on the net and consider dropping those from your diet. God bless!!
