What can I do for an anxiety attack?

Question:
I'm at work and have not been able to focus. I am having hot and cold flashes and i have been very nauseous. I started crying in the bathroom and i just feel like i am going insane. I feel like i am having an anxiety attack. I just came back to work this week after having a baby and have been under a lot of stress. Is there anything i can do to feel better or normal again?

Answers:
slow your brething down and relax.
For panic attacks, see page 8, at http://www.ezy-build.net. (.net.nz/~shaneris) and anxiety, on page 6, and stress, on page 7. Have your hormone levels checked. Black cohosh may help.
Doesn't sound like anxiety to me, sounds like after birth depression. This is normal, you're a new mother, it's to be expected. You should probably take more time off work, you were obviously not ready to go back.

See your doctor, they will help out by running tests and prescribin medications ro you can relax. Leaving a newborn at home when they are only a week old is not good. You need to spend more time with your child.

Edit: Black cohosh is ONLY for post menstal women or women who don't plan on having another child. Otherwise it's very dangerous and won't help you with your problems right now.
START TO EXERCISE TO HANDLE STRESS. JOGGING CAN HELP AEROBIC EXERCISE. IF YOU LOST CONFIDENCE IN YOUR MENTAL ABILITIES OR BODY THEN CONTACT A PHYSIOLOGIST TO TREAT WITH XANAX.
