Will i get rebound insomnia if i take dalmane or restoril once a week for 6 months if i suddenly stopped?

unlikely if you only use it once per week.
I don't know what restoril is, but dalmane is a particularly nasty benzodiazapine. I've had my own experiences with dalmane and I know that if I even had a hard time sleeping again that I would ask for no more than three pills taken over a three day period.
Most likley yes. There will prob. be a night or two where you don't sleep or have a hard time sleeping.
Also if dalmane is a benzo you need to ween yourself off that slowly, your not supposed to just stop taking it, it could cause serious side effects. Check w/your doctor.
