Sleep or take a mental health day. A day off in beautiful weather can really help restart the brain.
Exercise and eat healthier!! You should feel a lot better after that!!

Take a nap! Then change your diet to include lots of fruit and veggies, take a multivitamin every day, exercise, and be sure to get enough sleep at night. Good luck!
take a break from whatever in your life is making you feel this way or draining you. recharge somewhere... even if you can't afford to go anywhere on a vacation, persay, you can take a few days here and there to renew yourself via meditation, exercise, reflection, relaxing with friends and family, and the such. partake in something you enjoy and remember that life's too short to be stressed! best of luck.
Well, take a moment to relaxing, take a breath, sleep after watch tv, then wake up, drink a natural juice and then walking on the streets, watch the people, the plants, look for your friends, talk with them, smile, look for your girlfriend or wife and make her love, have the most wonderfull sex of the world, sleep tired and wait the morning with this words: TODAY MAYBE IS THE LAST DAY OF MY LIFE AND I HAVE TO LIVE IT!
