I have ADHD, am I required or should I inform my boss of this?

i don't see why you should unless ADHD is interfering with your ability to perform certain tasks.
Depending on your work, It is usually passed on within Medical records, Otherwise if it dosen't affect how you work, Then I don't think he really needs to know.
Keep it to yourself - but you might try medication. My ex did, and noticed a huge difference in how he concentrated, and his ability to get his job done.
