Are you too skinny??

My sister is very delicate and I recently well-read that she is very self concious going on for her weight. I other thought she was the lucky one because I hold to watch what I chomp through and she can't gain weight. She sometimes cries because ppl give an account her how she is too skinny. She says she feel so unattractive. I really discern bad for her. She is so divine. She never makes fun of ppl for their size bcuz she say that ppl don't understand how embarassing and hurtful it is.

Does anyone else own this problem? Or a WT. problem at all? How do you agreement with it?

Answers:    Healthy bulk range for a non-pregnant woman who is 5 foot 6 is something like 120 to 150 pounds, and for 6 months pregnant, add in the region of 10 pounds, so your sister is very underweight.

One criteria for a diagnosis of anorexia is someone who keep their weight, by stab, at least 15% below regular. Weight-wise she is in that category (and would be even if she weigh 105) -though if she's naturally that watered-down, she still needs to put away more if only for the newborn. Please try to talk to her obstetrician nearly this, because she could be putting the baby at risk, as economically as her own health. Anorexia have the highest mortality rate of adjectives mental disorders.

It might be good to budge to the doctor with her for her subsequent prenatal exam - or make sure she's getting them, if she is not.
I myself don`t own a weight problem. But I do know someone awfully close to me that does. She too experiences rude ppl.I tell her ppl are going to be rude no thing what. You,and only YOU hold to be kind to yourself. So communicate your sister how u feel.Happy New Year !!
