How do you swab your hand until you bleed? OCD?

I have read that some culture with OCD do this. I hold OCD and was adjectives the time, but how do you make yourself bleed? Do they use boiling hot hose and really rough cloth? I'm not making fun, but do you really start to bleed if you was to much? My hand are raw and I'm worried they will bleed to.

Answers:    If they bring raw and chapped after they will start to bleed soon, but I don't think so. Sorry that happen though, I've heard that relations who get bleeding hand have sores or own picked at their hands to where on earth they start to bleed. You may not have much to verbs about.Man I'm glad I'm not resembling that, I'm just neurotic, anal, paranoid, and practised of becoming depressed! I'm only anxious within other ways. You should talk to someone though. If you make conversation to someone qualified you may be able to find out why you do that and how you can stop.

i focus it might just be from wash too much that they get dried out and later kind of close to chapped lips or something they'll start to coating and bleed
