I enjoy no motivation, could it be my depression again?
Answers: Remember, your feelings follow your thoughts. If you are constantly analyzing time instead of living it you will be depressed. Try living each moment one moment at a time. If you are thinking of times gone by your feelings will organize to guilt, etc. If you are constantly thinking of the future, you will get the impression fear, doubt, etc. Stay within the moment. Live life, don't analyze it. Remember, thoughts are only that..they only enjoy meaning when we attach designation to them. Think of your thoughts as night time dreams...basically let them intervene and don't attach too much meaning to them. Start exercising...you will be fine. I will say-so a prayer for you!
Sounds like depression. It is immensely hard to go and get motivated when you feel the agency you do. I found the best way to take motivated is with smaller steps. If you are getting up at 1, try for 12:30. If closely of people are calling you, set a reachable dream as to how many times you will in fact answer the phone.
