I enjoy no motivation, could it be my depression again?


im on winter break currently, so im back at home and theres not much to do. at college i was much busier next to my roommates and everything i guess but now its only just me and my parents at home. im back to anyone really lazy. i get up up at 1 and then do nought all sunshine, then it get dark at close to 5 and my day seem so short. all i do is scrutinize tv and eat. i cant appear to motivate myself to do anything. i worked out this morning but that was a huge acomplishment for me, im gonna try to do it every morning. im even avoiding phone call from friends lately. i just dont quality like seeing anyone, putting on makeup or making myself look clad lol, or far worse having to drive anywhere. basically feel tired adjectives the time. :(


Answers:    Remember, your feelings follow your thoughts. If you are constantly analyzing time instead of living it you will be depressed. Try living each moment one moment at a time. If you are thinking of times gone by your feelings will organize to guilt, etc. If you are constantly thinking of the future, you will get the impression fear, doubt, etc. Stay within the moment. Live life, don't analyze it. Remember, thoughts are only that..they only enjoy meaning when we attach designation to them. Think of your thoughts as night time dreams...basically let them intervene and don't attach too much meaning to them. Start exercising...you will be fine. I will say-so a prayer for you!
Sounds like depression. It is immensely hard to go and get motivated when you feel the agency you do. I found the best way to take motivated is with smaller steps. If you are getting up at 1, try for 12:30. If closely of people are calling you, set a reachable dream as to how many times you will in fact answer the phone.
