Is within a features of cure for frequent nightmares?

for people that enjoy nightmares all the time, is this some mental sickness? My father, some nights, is shouting for assistance, it frightens me, I don't understand why he have these nightmares. He's a very reserved man and never discusses what his nightmare are in the order of, but is there some tablets maybe he can hold to stop these nightmares?

Answers:    The best way within my own experience is to try and figure out what the nightmares are just about. Often nightmares are our minds telling us something urgent, we might be worried around something and our brain is stressed. I once had extremely bad nightmares because I was worried my cat be sick and my parents refused to steal her to the vets. After analysing my dreams I realised what the verbs was and my nightmares disapeared.

I also have nightmares when I was self bullied at highschool. and when I changed schools where on earth I formed friendships I had one and the same dream but it had turned positive and I never have the dream again,

Generally it's an outside trigger, something the person is worrying just about or something or someone that is bugging them or stressing them out. It could also be doomed to failure health. He should maintain a diary of his nightmares if he can remember them and try and analyse what is happening.

Before bed he should not munch through anything to rich or heavy. He could try drinking a heat up mug of milk before he go to sleep to calm him.
Probably the best psychiatric help is relaxation. Try to find a local class that teaches it. Also wipe &/or acupuncture may help you relax and give a hand you have a peacemaker sleep. It is definitely not a mental infection. I suffered from very disturbing dreams as a child. I be a fairly anxious child. There are some tranquil remedies you can get from a Naturopath or Herbologist.
