I am terribly, terribly happy and terribly terribly sad at the same time?

Question:
ugh WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN?!? it's so confusing... o.O

Answers:
It could be a "mixed state" commonly associated with Bipolar Disorder. You may have a lot of energy, talk very fast, have racing thoughts, impulsive behaviors, while feeling isolated, angry, depressed or confused.
You would need to see a mental health professional to find out what is causing this.
Your problems are rooted in spituality. You must find out what your purpose in life is. You must find people expert in spiritual matters who have gone before and know.
Um... you're not a TEENAGER by chance are you? If you are, then this is perfectly normal and you can probably expect it to continue for 5-8 years.
It's not just the situation is it? Like feeling that way at graduation or something would be perfectly normal... if not, you'll probably grow out of it.
I don't understand how you can be happy and sad at the same time. Are you sure you don't mean excited or high instead of happy? (I'm not referring to drug high) You might be in a manic state...at the same time you're feeling sad. Just an idea. Hope you find the right answer. Good Luck.
It might be because when you're with your friends you're having fun and you have your mind off of things, but then when you're at home by yourself you think about depressing things and get sad maybe. You sound like I did when I was thirteen. You'll grow out of this. Trust me. and you're not as cool as you think you are.
