Answers:
Pray, and please try to get help.
We all feel ostracized at times, but our faith gets us to the other side.

You are reaching out for help, and that's a very, very good thing to do.
You will make it. Just consider this time as a stepping stone to a better life. Remember you are a healthy person regardless of how others treat you. It's their problem not yours.
Giver yourself some breathing room - and if you can go for walks, go to the library and learn something that will give you the skills you need for life. Never stop.
Never stop educating yourself. You will make it!

GOD bless us one and all, always.

First of all, if you say you want to move to a hot climate, forget Canada!

As for your problem with being ostracized, it seems that you may have issues beyond that, on a personal level. Try to accept yourself and get through the issues you have with what seems to be an abusive and traumatic past.

The reality is that people are ostracized everywhere, not only in Britain. Moving will not help you as much as you think, but working on yourself and getting help will.
I feel the same way, I want to move also, maybe look for work abroad but I feel I won't be able to as I donot know how to behave socially & interct with people.
I think the first step would be to heal yourself & then things will progres thereon...
one thnig you mst do right now is use affirmations everyday,
I'd say use this affirmation:
"Not only is today a new day, but it is the day that my inner soul strength comes to my consciousness, helping me to conquer all my negative patterns, with God's help all is possible."
(you might want to write it on a piece of paper first & carry it around until you memorize it...
also on a paper, draw a line in the middle, on the left, write everything you feel good about & on the right, everything you'd like to change about yourself;
eg, on the left, you could write, I am not cruel, I am kind , Idon't steal etc..
on the right, you could write, I want to become more postive, or release the past & (leave the injustices to God)...
& when you change yourself, the world will change with you...
if that affirmation is too much, just say as often as you can:
I love & approve of myself & I trust the process of life...
just try it for a week & see what happnes! repeat as often as you can!
