Take one thing at a time. Plan your day. Do time management (example: bring school books or reading material when you know you are going to have to wait in lines). Give yourself a break. When the day is up, let it go. I have a very stressful job. Depending on what projects I have and what state I am dealing with, there is not much I can do after 6pm. So I go home. I let it go. I have done everything I can. I have made a list for the morning so I don't forget where I left off... then I go home and enjoy my evening,
pace yourself.focus-then think what your priorities are for that day. write all the things down you have to do for that . even the little things. then do them and check them off. this helps me alot.
