I always have this really weird fear that sometime in my sleep somebody is gonna kidnap me or something.?

You need to talk with someone about this. It okay to be a little fearful that is what keeps us out of harms way. But it's not okay if it is causing you to not be able to focus on other things. I think you should talk with your parents or even to a close friend. Talking will help and plus the chances some one would still you out your room is slim to none.
talk to your parents. if it makes you feel better, ask if you can get a lock for your bedroom door if you don't have one. Hope that helps
