Why do people have such a need to give advice?

Related, I hate when you ask a question, and people re-ask another question, then proceed to answer their own, rather than the one you asked. At work, I'll ask "Where is file # 0000000?". Since no one can answer that, they say "Well, file # 1111111 is here, if you need it." - - - NOT WHAT I ASKED!!
People have an innate desire to help. They also want to connect with one another so they try to make conversation and this is their way of doing that. It can be annoying some times. 1
May be some are lonely,some won´t to learn, some like you ask personal questions on YouQA.com . There is so many different reasons, so be thankful,as it would be a sad,sad world without communication. You can´t be so anti-social,asking your own question so enjoy the life of yours the way you wish!
it is not bad to give a human fellow being a few minutes of your time it may make a difference in their life people come together for a reason , maybe learn a little patience .if you dont want to hear it say excuse me but i have a pressing appointment , thats what is wrong in the world people are rude.
