Help! Someone trying to kill in cold blood himself?

I know an 8th grader that is trying to massacre himself. He has other been an 'outcast' if you will. He very soon has fall for a 7th grader and almost everyone at that school be making fun of him, some guys even jumped him. First he tried to suspend himself, but his mother found him, and stopped him. Now he trying the 'cutting' tactic, I and a small group of students, both from the middle and high college campus', want to help so much! How can we backing this guy?

Answers:    throw him a fun surprise party! That would cheer anyone up.
Take him out for a picnic and own deep dialogue.
Try to plan a trip to Disneyland with him. Disneland cheers everyone up.
Talk to him almost traveling the world and all the things he can see within the future so that he can see that he'll be missing out on fun stuff that he can miss out on if he dies.

He is apparently crying out for help and desires help, otherwise he would own accomplished it long time ago.
