I do yoga daily, which helps me relax and feel better (usually). I've been on 13 different antidepressents, and nothing worked. Now, i use 'alternatve therapy' like yoga and horseback riding. Going outsde is a great first step. Good lucK!
Good for you. I just sucked it up and admitted that I do in fact need meds, so I'm starting them tonite. Taking a walk sounds good, too. I agree that it is waaaay too easy to do nothing. Baby steps...I like this question, I hope it makes people think.
i do mine everyday, it's a new lifestyle, eat lotsa fruit, fresh water, i walk 3 or 4 times a week, meditate twice a day, take the meds and have healing every 2 weeks and avoid bum holes and stress, seems to be slowly working. Oh! and a new hobby hitting drums, keeps my mind so concentrated too when counting beats, so yep! u need to keep chipping away at it until u kick it's @ss.
i just went shopping for my birthday. i feel better now that i know people care and will get me what i want. i think i will go for a walk also and take some pictures. hopefully, i can have a nice dinenr and not worry to much about things. thanks.

Tomorrow I'm really going to push myself harder than I have done in a while and I'm feeling quite nervous to be honest with you... I'm gonna get a good nights sleep and set of early to sign up with job agencies and find myself a new job and hopefully a bright new future. Wish me luck (lord knows i need it) xxxxxxx
Take my medicine. Keep busy with my job, mow my lawn, go to the store, walk my dog, etc.
I'm going to my support group tonight. It takes a lot of energy for me to go, but I know it's important for me to go right now.
