Why am I having these Nightmares?
Question:
Answers:
Maybe it is a good thing I can't remember all of my dreams...
If you believe in the spiritual world, then these nightmares might mean that you are in tune to that world and these spirits are trying to communicate with you. in your next dream, try to talk to one of them.
Are you having any life issues that has affected you strongly lately? Some say that dreams are the brain's way of sorting out the days events.
Try to change your interpretation of the dreams. Use words that are not as strong. Instead of ghosts, refer to them as spirits.
The shocks (think of it as a tingling sensation), I do not know about...but some people say that they can control their actions in their dreams. You should try that too. When you experience the shocks, don't fear it, but focus on it and focus on what it is doing to you. Take control of the shock and redirect it somewhere else.
In regards to your teddy bear..(Does it have a name?)
Some people have security items in their life that makes them feel better. Some have security blankets, and some have teddy bears. Sleeping with a teddy bear provides a 'safe' atmosphere. It increases your feeling of security.
Is your teddy bear with you in your dream?
That you are able to talk about it is a good sign. Maybe talk to your mom about it. Dreams are only nightmares when you fear them, ie the dream was written for you, usually with strong emotions (do an edit so that it is not as strong). If you take the time to understand the dream, then you would not fear them as much.
think of happy moments while u sleep
Do you watch horror movies alot? Not really sure what causes it though, I'd be concerned too nightmares are horrible. Try thinking of good thoughts and maybe you'll have a good dream.
EDIT after reading your added writing:
You seem to be very scared of ghosts (I am too). Sometimes, not sure if it's an hilucination or real but I see real ones (I think). It scares me to death.
Maybe you can try to do something that makes you really happy, like watch a funny show on TV, or do anything that you enjoy. I rarely get nightmares but when I do sometimes they are bad enough I never wanna sleep ever again.
And sometimes in nightmares (dreams too) you do feel/experience as if it was real, like if you get let's say shot with a gun you usually feel it.
Anyways all this talk it getting me scared too :P and I gotta go to bed soon and I am the only 1 awake at my house and it is in the middle of the night. If you have any more questions I'll try to help.
EDIT again:
It's okay whatever makes you comfortable and not scared you should use. If I may ask how old are you I kinda wanna know. :P
sounds scary. nightmares often go in cycles, cos you go to bed stressed worrying about having nightmares. try and relax before bed - try reading a relaxing book, not watching tv or on the internet, and have a warm drink - no caffeine though. lots of fresh air, exercise and fun during the day can also help. if it continues for more than a couple of weeks, go see your gp.
sounds like the real deal to me. i have had it and my grandmother lost her mind via ghosts and demons who would not relent and leave here big old mansion. she fought it until her last breath. talked o things just like you. see, that made me believe in ghosts and demons. they just stake out a place and you had better beat it. ou cannot beat them. believe it or not.
may be you really hurt sombodys feeling an that person is insulting and cursing or the pay be real ghost fulling you ( no offence ) or may be you don't pray before going to bed
