I have alot of axiety attacks?

Question:
but there really small ones of the littlest thing like the last one i had was when i was at the dctor and i had to get a physical i had an attack and started crying is this normal?

Answers:
I do this too but mine are more extreme. I'm on medication now. You can talk to your doctor or go to a psychiatrist and they can determine what treatments might work for you.
Yes...unless you have a medical issue that you're very sad/nervous about.
I can't offer personal advice, but I do know that Lexapro has been said to be good for anxiety. You might want to ask your doctor about it.
My friend started taking it after she lost her job. She began to have trouble sleeping, combined with feelings of anxiety that prevented her from feeling "normal". That prescription worked well for her, along with Ambien for sleep.
Good luck to you!
It is not really "normal" per se (whatever that is perceived to be) to have a lot of anxiety attacks. If you find yourself having these attacks as you say I would suggest going to a Psychologist and/or Psychologist as they can diagnose you and get to the root of what is causing them and even prescribe meds if they feel it is necessary. I have been suffering from them for many years and meds have helped me but therapy has helped me more than anything. It is more than likely something going on in your subconscious but you can only find these things out by seeing a professional. It is better for you to get help now so they do not get worse. I really hope you can get the help you need and begin feeling better as I know how hard going through this and having these can be. I wish you the best~
