How can i stop myself from being busy?

Just do a few things at a time. Don´t try to do everything at once. and Enjoy life.

You need to teach yourself and take a brake. I do that too, I'm very busy person and than I just sit down and tell myself, so that's enough and take a little break.
well just stop wat ur doing dont matter wat it is and sit down and play some video game, or call ur friend and go out for the day and than take ur time and do thing u have to do the next day dont rush it
Prioritize the things you are busy with. And while you are at it, add to the schedule at least 15 minutes a day where you sit and do nothing, not read, watch TV, or anything, just think.
Choose a couple key things that are your top priorities (i.e. your family, a favorite sport, your best friend). Allow yourself to devote time to these priorities only. Anything else, when problems arise, dismiss them.

Find a hobby or sport that relaxes you, and when you find yourself worrying about a non-priority, dive into your hobby. It also works to allott yourself a specific time per day to do your relaxing hobby. Scheduling it makes it less likely to be dismissed.

i will tell you this i was the same way, but a good way to prevent it is to go to a spa or something to get you some time for yourself. its not good to take in alot of things, because it stresses you alot . sometimes it great to just block some things and have some peace and serenity to yourself.
Hi, we all get busy most days but its how you oragnise your duties throughout the day. It may sound silly, but write yourself out a timeplan for each task during the day. ALSO not forgetting to allow within your timeplan an hour here and there to do nothing, this is YOUR TIME to unwind, relax, go for a stroll in the air, watch tv with your feet up whatever you feel like doing. Be strict with yourself and follow the plan everyday.

If you do a weekly plan, make one day during that week YOUR DAY which means no work. So you can spend it doing things you enjoy most.
"all things matters to me" That sounds like you may worry to much and you are anxious. Does keeping busy help you keep your mind off things? Maybe you should take up fishing. You don’t need a boat, just find some water with an accessible bank. Take a lawn chair, throw out a line, and sit and relax with a couple of beers. Helps clear the mind.

Whatever you do, you need to find something that is enjoyable and, most importantly, relaxing to YOU.
Make a list of the things you want to do today.
List ten things that are the most important to you.

If you finish all ten things then give yourself a reward. Go to a movie. Go out with friends. Join a club. Whatever you find interesting but not something just to keep busy.

People who just keep busy are often putting off some important decisions or problems they do not want to face.

If that is the case, then those decisions should be faced squarely and added to the top of your list.

When you have finished you will feel totally unpressured to just keep busy.
