How do you really do it?
Question:
I really want to, but i don't know where to start at all
Answers:
Don't obsess about yourself for awhile. Take this time to work on yourself - your education, your career, whatnot. Then, after awhile you will turn around and see that you have made some fabulous achievements and have grown into someone you can be really proud of. I mean, not that you aren't right now, but maybe after awhile you will be able to see it better for yourself. Good luck.
think of simple things that you think you cant do and do them and then get bigger things to resolve.
build confidents maybe some good friends to help you through it or even shrink.
Well there is power in your words - you could get up every morning and say something like -"You are a beautiful, powerful girl who deserves respect. You can do whatever you set your mind to." - unless that really embarrasses you. If i am down i find some poor girl who really has problems I thank God he made me how he made me. Maybe that seems mean, but I am better off than a bunch of people and have no reason to feel down.
Realize that the things that you do and like are actually cool.
Think about the fact that you can be whoever you want to be, and you are being you.
Give yourself time. Don't compare yourself to other people. If there was no one to compare yourself to, you wouldn't think lowly of yourself because you wouldn't have a "standard" to go by.
Have fun, and do so without feeling guilty about it later.
Live the vida loca! Live each day like it was you last, and stop worrying about what other people think. Sing loudly in public, and start dancing whenever you feel like it.
Hope this helps. I wish you the best of luck.
