What is the best way of overcoming debility?

you are going to have to get up and move. Sit on the edge of the bed, to start then try standing then walk around the bed then across the room themn to the bathroom then to the mailbox etc.
then start jogging just do a little more each day. there is no secret pill.
Also eat a well balanced healthy diet. you need to eat if you are going to get stronger.

stay fit
mind over matter, that is, be positive as much as possible in your thinking, u may not be able to "get over" your debility, for instance, if your hand has been cut off, you cannot "get over" that, but the way in wich you choose to view or look at the situation is what changes the situation to be positive or negative like with everything in life, say if i fail a exam, i can think that its the end of the world and cry, or i can say, well ok that has shown me that i neeed to improve in this area, and im gratefull for that knowledge and now i know i can change that and i will do better next time, but like all things, this is very hard and needs constant practice, but positive thinking does help alot i knoe it has helped me, try to look at yourself in the mirror each day and think something nice about yourself, even if u dont belive it at first, eventually it will sink in and you will be more happy, try this " i am worthy of being loved, i am a good person with a good heart who deserves to give and recieve love" something like that or whatever works for you its called "positive affermations" and i didnt like it at first but it realy did work to make me more happy and to "get over" some things which where hard in my life. good luck to you , Zoe
