How do you have the courage to tell someone to shut up?

Depends on the situation and where I am. If it is 2:30 am and I am trying to sleep and my brother is up making a racket I WILL tell him to shut up.
Now if I was at church during a service I WOULD NOT tell the minister to shut up. I would probably just walk out.
Simple you walk up to them and say " Shut Up"
"HEY YOU, STFU"
You say "I need you to stop talking now, please". Say it with conviction, and not as if it is a REQUEST.
Go up tp them and politely say"Will you please shut the fuc* up!"
Depends on the situtation. If they piss me off, I'll tell them straight up to shut up. Sometimes not nicely. But I like the way one of the girls above me said, "I need you to stop talking now please." Very nice. Haha.
