Scared to leave my room because of the "people"?

im scared to leave my room because i have this fear of ppl living downstairs trying to kill me or hurt me. i really need to leave though. its night time and everyones asleep. omg help please.

call a big strong man like your dad,brother or boyfriend,tell them to come to your room to take u downstairs.Or call the police.

do you see dead people? if so, they are just spirits and can't hurt you. You should pray for God to take out all those type of thoughts so you can relax. Last bit of advice, take a bat just in case.
just ring someone to talk to and walk at the same time make sure you dont bump into anything because it would make you jump
