i would like it if people were being searious with this question and also i would like people with add and adhd 2 answer this mostley but people that just want 2 say something r welcome! oh ya... and even though this is under mental health... it does not mean we r mental! we r just like other people that just have a harder time consitrating.

I'm in my 50's and have had ADD all my life. I also have OCD, and when I got treatment for that, I also got treatment for ADD.
Basically, there are "mental exercises" for helping retrain your brain, and ways you can counter those times when you drift from the moment.
I don't have any specific online links to offer, but you can google search and come up with all kinds of sites with guidance and self-help books to help you get started.
Also, consider seeking direct help from a therapist, if you haven't already done so.
ADD is treatable, you can improve tremendously with the right help.
