If you question your own sanity,then surely you must be sane.
You are probably not. Though "insane" is not a specific diagnosis in the DSM-IV.
If you have the cognitive ability to ask this question you probably have not had a serious break with reality.

paradox. you realize existance has no basis other then existing and it is totally redundant without faith. you have no concerns no goals and completely accept reality as unreal.

for instance I know I'm insane, but as being insane I view so called sane people as " out of touch with the big picture, culturally biased, and often petty."
I think it could be reversed. Insanity by definition is an authoritarian definition usually by a judge, doctor etc..
basically it means someone who can't make the right choice, without a reason.
But as stated it tends to be out of vouge use and now new p.c. lingo is used instead at a more specific level.
There are "types" of insanity.
you don't think like they do, and they don't like it.
OR
you don't think how they'd like you to, and they don't like it.
If you feel that an *sshole has taken over your body, and you have no control over their actions, you just might be insane.
Its my job to keep the loonies in their bins - most of the truly wacked out individuals arent aware that they are wacked out.
