Question:
I am on 20 mg of Lexapro but feel so drowy. I need it for anxiety but about 3 weeks ago I had a breakdown of depression and ever so embarassing a hysterical pregrancy so she upped me from 10mg of Lexapro to 20 mg of lexapro. I feel better lost alot of the physical pain from depression that I had no idea was caused by my depression until it was gone.
I am so tired all day. I have three children 5,3 and 1year old. I need to have a normal energy level. What changes could she make? Does anyone know? I am going to talk to her this monday she was on vacation last week.
Answers:
She needs to tell the doctor she is having side affects to the medication and see if there is another medication she can take in place of Lexapro so she isn't so tired.
I was on Lexapro (10 mg) and switched to Abilify (10 mg) with better results.
