We've all been through this at around 14. It'll pass.
go to www.hopeline.com They have a lot of info on there.
The fact that you contemplate suicide throws up red flags. Please talk to an adult ASAP and share your feelings. The sooner you do, the sooner you will feel better.
Ok, you could be a shy, introverted teenager.
But wanting to kill yourself moves it to the next level. I think you should talk to a psychiatrist.
The sleep thing could be mono. The suicidal feeling is a sign of depression and you really should see your doctor right away to talk with them and get a prescription filled for you.
don't tell yourself that you're depressed or you will become depressed. Life is hard sometimes. You just have to say SCREW IT ALL I'm gonna find something fun to do!
Find something new, something that makes you happy, sometimes even the pursuit of happiness helps!
If you don't want to become depressed then listen to me and start thinking about something fun to do!
Sure sounds like how I felt when I was depressed. If you want, you're welcome to read my story and see how I got out:

These are signs of depression, but I also want to warn you that a lot of this doesn't seem like it. Depression only is diagnosed when symptoms last every day for at least two weeks. Talk to your parents anyway.
no their not signs of depression
grow up and be a big girl alright
learn from right from wrong
dont let others get you down
be strong and happy about yourself
try to find friends who you will get along with
nothing is worth taking your own life
live while you can...life is too short to be "depressed"
get out their and experience life
your only 14 years old, your still young, you have your whole life ahead of you
Yes it does!
Talk to your parents or other adult you feel safe with. Ask them to help you get professional advice and guidance.
I hate to say it but you are at a horrible age. I think must people get depressed and even feel suicidal. The truth is that all those girls saying mean things and being bitchy is not going to matter in a few years. Life gets so much better when you get older and feel like you have more control. Some days will always be bad, but some days will definately be good. If you really feel like hurting yourself you need to talk to someone you feel safe with... maybe a school counselor, friend or a teacher.
Better things are to come.
I think they are signs of depression. I do not think you are crazy, I think there are some situational issues that are causing this in your life. Another thing to remember is you are going through major hormonal changes in your life.
Being shy is not depression, however if you are avoiding people that is a sign of depression. I would really talk to your parents. and go see a doctor.
And be assured this is not a bad thing against you, this does not mean you are crazy there are many factors that play into and cause depression.
My prayers are with you.
Yes. Do some meditation go to any yoga guru if you know anything about Indian culture.

yes

you are worth the effort
You know, I went through pretty much the same thing, but at a little older than you.
They told me I was depressed and put me on meds, which just made it worse. What I can advise for you is to fill your life with good things, things that make you happy. A psychiatrist would also probably be a good idea for a while. I turned very heavily to my faith and got involved in theatre, a past time that I love very dearly, and now I'm off my meds and totally happy.
Good luck, and Blessed Be, dear.
Message me if you want to talk, OK?
