Sane or insane?

Question:
Intelligent person with many theories relating to the human mind has suicidal thoughts, why? Are the probable answers to their existence too much to comprehend?

Answers:
I think overly analyzing our existence is one of the most depressing concepts. I do not however deem that as insane. Our existence is too much to comprehend whether or not people want to admit so most people find ways to comfort themselves.
However, when there are no answers to what you are seeking, I wouldn't constantly focus on it. Why? You (or whoever) can't find the solution and it is just making one depressed.
Find the positive in life and enjoy it. As depressing as our existence is, there are many other things that are amazing to enjoy in life.
the focus is on the wrong things
or at least from a problematic perspective

like the difference in know all about someone and actually
knowing them

live life, don't just think about it
Thoughts of self harm are an indication of other underlying problems,,The theories relating to the human mind may have just been the catylist to unlock the symptoms of a greater disorder...
