Very longtime infron of computer caused mind tension? explain?

I own an anxiety disorder does that suggest they will put me within a mental form element?

Answer:
A long time in front of a PC / TV makes your eyes work 10 times harder than usual. So the two eye-centres in brain (located at the backside above your neck) start sending pain signals. That effects whole brain & we feel like tensed. We can't think easily or feel difficulty in making decisions & loose temper quickly over little things. That we call tension. This is whole process. And its not only the PC / TV but if you do a single activity involving brain for 6 hours or more constantly , you will have the above process in your brain.

So it is better to take 5-10 minutes break every 1 hour of work to make brain centres relaxed and to allow them to control the body parts(all 5 senses) more effectively. That will also erase all your tension.

See ya :)
