then why dont you put in an effort to look at the happy side to each story, and belive me,there is one. or you could make a list of all the things that you are thaknful for and add a little to it each night before you go to bed, hopw this helps!!

Maybe you need to see a counsellor to talk things over. Sounds to me like you should concentrate on what's good in your life (cliche i know) because you have air to breath, food to eat, a roof over your head. People in this country and other countries do not have those luxuries. We all say the wrong things to people at times - maybe go back to the guy who you said the wrong thing to yesterday, and try to tell him what you really meant! And as for the guy who asked you out 3 years ago and you said no, why do you get upset? Is it because you still like him? Find out what he's up to now then and if the time is right, tell him you made a mistake and see what happens. Or just put it down to experience and move on. Life has a funny way of doing things to us, live for the moment and enjoy life to the full! You only get one shot at it after all! Hope I've helped pick you up a bit!
If you will exercise till you are winded it will pass . Do it each day. If you are of age let your councilor be the bar man. If you are overweight use a paper bag and re-breathe. You really need to meet someone who will impress your mind and get you onto a religion or a philosophy . You have too much brain power for your life style. Like if you were over-worked and that you would be fine.
it's obvious that there is a feeling of regret over an action taken which is the cause of your depression, thus triggering the negative feelings and outlook that you struggle with. i guess the first thing you should work on would be to not jump to conclusions, and to not rush into a decision. give yourself time to process the situation thoroughly, leaving you with no cause to feel the regret. life's really too short to be wasting on emotions that only bring you and those who's lives you have/will touch down. once you realize how precious little time we have to really live , then you will see that the most depressing thing would be to waste it being depressed. at least that's how it worked for me. it comes with time and patience, like anything, but eventually i hope you'll learn to stop beating yourself up for what's already past you and start looking forward. for me, that was a key part of growing up.
I think we all have the tendancy to do that sometimes. To think about the things in our past that we feel we could have handled in a better way. But the thing is, if that is all we do, dwell on our past mistakes, we will NEVER move forward. Don't live with regret. Every experience has the ability to teach us lessons. Without learning from experiences like these, sometimes we would never learn these life lessons at all. Use that experience as a reference as to how you would like to handle something like that next time. That is progression. Don't look at these past experiences as bad, look at them as learning experiences, that are bringing you forever closer to who you truly desire to be. Life is full of learning experiences. Don't look at ANY experience as bad. And don't EVER give up on yourself. We all make mistakes. But every experience is beneficial to you if you let it be. Don't dwell on them, learn from them. By dwelling on the past constantly, we will be blinded to the other opportunities and joy that is present for us to experience right now. Hold your head high and move forward with the new knowledge that you have gained, and always live life to it's fullest. And also, don't EVER feel like it is over just because of one experience. It sort of sounds as if you are giving up on your chances with these other people because you feel that you have already blown it. Try not to be so hard on yourself. :) One mistake doesn't mean that it is over. Life is full of second chances. Don't let small mistakes allow you to give up on something that you desire. Never give up on yourself. :) Don't miss out on life by dwelling on past mistakes. Learn to let those emotions go, pick yourself back up with the new knowledge that you have, and always move forward. :)
