i get upset sometimes about the smallest little things that havent worked out right and it could be that you are obbsessive compolsive you just like things to go perfect and to be right...maybe do some reasearch on that and see if that sounds like you
Too much pressure! Get some excersize. Get a checkup and tell your doctor when you're there. Good luck.
I went thru this when I was about your age. I was a total perfectionist. I ended up going on meds for about a year just to relieve some of the pressure I was putting on myself. I think you should talk to your family doc and let him/he know what's going on with you. It will be OK, trust me. You just need to give yourself a little slack to make mistakes. It's life.
i think its normal because sometimes ppl do think that i have thought that a couple of times...so dont worry about it.
relax go out with ur friends for a nifght have fun and I mean your just 16 u have alot of time to do whatever you need to and if that doesnt help go 2 ur doctor
You are putting pressure on yourself for some reason but it doesn't sound like a chemical imbalance or anything...just lighten up and stop being so hard on yourself...talk to parents/friends/guidance counselor about it if you need to.
no nothing is wrong with u i no exactly how you feel i am going through the same prosses. the problem is that u cant do it alone u need a budy who understands what, and or is going through the same thing. me and my best friend r going through the the same thing, and bcause we have each other we help each other out.
I think video games increase anxiety levels. I quit playing mine because it was making me mean and impatient! Don't be so hard on yourself for not being perfect, nobody is! You don't suck just because you make mistakes.
all problems start the way you think..don't think wrong way...i know its difficult but don't be defensive to protect your self when you are wrong...you know its a problem that you always want to restart..just think of pros and cons and start learning from mistakes
hey, im 15, turning 16 in 11 days so maybe i can give you some insight.
I've felt like you before where whenever you do anything wrong its just a low blow and it seems 5123485 times worse than it really is. : / If you can just tell yourself yeah, this sucks, i failed, but its not the end of the world, i'll just try again etc then you'll start to find that your attitude towards faliure changes. It'll take time but its so worth it in the end. Oh, and there's nothing wrong with you, it happens to all of us, you are'nt chemically imbalanced.
I don't know if you'd be into this kind of thing, but you could go to a therapist. I tried it and it wasn't for me but it could help you. It's good to be able to vent to someone about things like this when they can't judge you.
work out in a gym with some friends
