i dont know if it actually helps (probably the opposite) but yea i like it when i'm down, too. i guess because all their stuff is pretty depressing too. i love their sound. hope things start to look up for you. it's always darkest before the dawn.
hmm. i may be dumb right now, but is it a band?i guess it doesn't if i don't know what it is, but music helps. i don't like scremo or happy pop music when i am down though.
I listen to the most depressing music when im depressed. :/ meh bad decisions. but yea blue october does help.
