Son going to Iraq?

Question:
My son leaves for Iraq next month, he is 22, married and the dad of 17mth old. Im very upset and frightened about this. I have bad dreams and I am constantly thinking the worse is going to happen, how do I put all these negative and devastating feelings/emotions away.

Answers:
i went through the same thing when my husband went and no matter what everyone tells you about staying away from the news or anything in regards to what is going on over there you are going to worry but everything will be okay and he will come home just pray non stop
Focus your efforts on impeaching George Bush. He continues to stubbornly lie to us and keep us in this war which can not be won. It is the Vietnam of this century. Also try to find some other mothers in your community that you can meet with to share your feelings. There are support groups for the parents of soldiers all around the country.
PLEASE dont feel sad im sure he will make you proud
and if you cant stop the sad feelings then cover it with rage at george bush and tony blair because y'know it is thier faults
