How do I deal with my emotions?!?


Question:
I've been feeling unloved, left out, and backstabbed lately, and this makes me really depressed. I don't have that many friends, and the few I have, including my boyfriend, make me feel left out because they always seem to be out together, and I'm usually an afterthought. I've recently started cutting, and I've had a lot of suicidal thoughts. How do I deal with this emotions before I go OTT and kill myself? Plz help =[

Answers:
See a psychiatrist and he will heal you in everyway he can so you can help yourself and be a part of the community and be able to be productive and live a happy life. There are ways you can protect yourself, don't ever use drugs.
Maybe it's time to get people who think more of you than just an after thought?

What kind of friends do that?




You need to sit down and look at your emotions. Figure out why you feel that way. If it is bad, how can you change it. It isn't easy, but it might help.

Though its normal to feel a littel down and left out at times .Its not normal to cut yourself.
Please call your mental health provider now or a crisis center you need help to get this obsession resolved or at least under control which will take medication and psycho therapy .
