Dude, I do that too. I saw My grandfather walk down the hall beside Me once. Then I got really sick, I mean really sick. I didn't tell anyone about it because I thought they would say I'm looney. But I'm all here, So it might be Him watching after Me, Just Like You're grandfather. I know how You feel man.
I have had the same experiences with my dead grandpa, It is creepy, but also comforting at the same time.
try talking to him and see what happens. maybe if his soul hasnt passed over yet - he is trying to tell you something. OR - you could have some unresolved issues with his death.
Probably a combination of wishful thinking and memories of him playing back in your mind. I had the same experience when my cat died when I was young.

I have that too with my grandma. she died when i was younger and my mom told me how i am like her. well a about 2 years ago i started seeing things. and i would be laying in the bed and feel something on my cheek and i saw a figure. and it was her. then i was eatting dinner with my family and there was an empty seat and i looked over and she was there. so i thought it was a sign that she was just you know around me. in your case i think he is with you.
Did he recently pass away.? You two were close? Or @ loose ends when he died? For whatever reason, he is in the subconscious of your mind. My husband's mom died and he kept freaking out because he thought he kept seeing the flashes of her all the time. Rest assured, your'e not losin' it, seeing a ghost, but somewhere in the back of your mind, you do think about him..But I do believe, in the midst of God's holiness, he is watching over you, so make grampa proud!
