What is going on?

Question:
i was wondering if anyone knows what might be going on or if anyone else has had this happen to them.I have been having anger outbursts even over small things, sometimes it feel like the room is closing in around me and i have a hard time breathing or catching breath,or i just break down crying and have constant headaches daily.I was thinking maybe stress.I do have 2 small children, problems with my husband, family issues with my brother and going through some legal issues.I just want to know if theres a way for me to control whats happening or do i need to be on some medication or am i just going plain nuts.Anyones input i would appreciate. Thanks alot

It sounds like a big load for anyone to deal with. My guess is that you see all these things coming at you at once and it simply overwhelms your senses and ability to cope. If that is the case, my advise is to back away from the situation for a bit, get some perspective on it. Then, set down and figure out what you can accomplish today. Don't worry so much about tomorrow. Work with just those things that you know that you can "effect" today, or in the very short-term. Deal with just those issues today. Take that approach to each problem, no matter what the outside pressures are, and you'll work through them successfully. Take on too much at one time and I guarantee you, it'll paralyze you and you won't get any issues resolved. Work with only what you can affect today, and problems will soon start falling to the wayside.

It might not hurt to look into a mild sedative and anti-depressant while you are dealing with these things.

regards.
Of course your stressed, read your own questions and tell me who wouldn't be? Medication is good in the short term but you need to work on your issues and resolve them as best as you can.
Leave in rest for one week.
its probably your period because ill cry if i see anything sad even if it wouldnt make me cry if i didnt have my period
