Hi

You can find very useful tips on your Mental health:

don't worry about your problems.
think of why the problems are create and how the problems are solved.
other ways just relax, its automatically turn off. though every incident have a reason
Your worries are self-made. They are a deficiency in your confidence that something will be done as according to your plan. To have worries is to assume that something will stray from your plans, in whatever it may be. That is perfectly normal, because we must always be ready for "bumps in the road". Naturally, you will only betray yourself if you do not plan ahead. There are two keys to keeping yourself worry-free. First, it would do you well to plan for mishaps; hence, "plan for the worst and hope for the best". The second one is for religious persons, and that is, you must rely on God to take of you through your trials and tribulations...let whatever may happen in life be His will.
just to tell you that we are children of god everything in this world belongs to him then why worry anbout anything just pray with pure heart, leave everything on him and move in a positive direction everything will be set allright.but some worries are just created by our minds out of nothing.stay cool and believe in god.resolution will be there.
You can divert the mind by listening music or busy in other work (without having time to think) or go to new environment.
Don't worry about tommorow, because it'll do that for itself,

I mean, look at the birds in the trees, they spend so little time worrying about what they will eat and drink or wear, but they are still fine.

So...do you want a spiritual or humanistical answer?

Spiritual: Let God do your worrying, because even if you are suffering, you will never be alone. He always provides.

Humanistical: Know that you can find strength in hope. The human kind has ot failed. Whatever happens will usually be beyond your reach, you can just breath out and let it happen.
leave the body alone and go away to heaven!
You'll have to change your thought patterns and perceptions of life. For some people, one thing might be a great worry, for others the same thing not. Some people have unbelievable resilience in the face of seemingly disastrous situations. Read Victor Frankl's books and speak to someone, like a therapist.
Worry, in and of itself, is not a bad thing. Humans are equipped with this ability, and need it, for sheer survival. It's when we worry about the things that don't really matter that gets us in trouble and can lead to problems. What I do, is when I'm worrying about something, I ask myself "Will this really matter in 5 years?" If the answer is no, I force myself to let it go, and distract myself from the thought. Worrying about things like paying a bill on time, whether or not you can afford to eat, these are important things, and they are worth worrying about. Worrying about things like whether or not someone is mad at you at the moment, or what color shirt you should wear today, that's just not worth the effort. Try it!
free from all worries, go and live in an Ashram
u should not think of ur worries and try out some ramdev baba's exercises.
just think of GOD and the good things u have done ..think positive !
Forget about the worries for sometime. You try to concentrate on one new thing daily and you will see that you are diverting you from the worries You will be alright in a couple of days yours VRVRAO
