Why am I super emotional?
Question:
Answers:
Hormones will do that to you and being a female we are subject to hormone level changes on a WEEKLY basis which is why sometimes some things make you cry and other times not so much.you can try meds to moderate your levels of hormones and see if that helps. I am not much of an advocate of birth control pills but they would help even out your hormone levels and even out the severity of your mood swings
Are you a teenager? If you are, you are getting mood swings.
If you are older than that, you may have a hormonal imbalance. Some doctors can check hormones.
Emotions are scientifically just chemicals that make your mind feel pleasure or pain. It's nothing serious, you are probably just overreacting. Pick up something peaceful like yoga or meditation and relax. It'll help.
You are young and your hormones are raging.
Its normal.
You'll grow out of it.
I agree with the people who say it's teenage hormones, but there is a warning with it. People do what works for them. You need to figure out what you get out of reacting this way and work to change it or you may be permanently locked into "drama queen" syndrome. Some of your symptoms sound like depression to me, so you might want to check with your doctor. Just because you are a teenager doesn't mean your depression doesn't need to be treated.
